Apparently Mr. Jackson runs a one-man operation and he has had some on & off health issues. When his health is "off" he doesn't answer the phone or e-mails.

Sadly, I had to finally cancel my order after waiting over a year for a unit, or an answer to numerous phone and email messages. I hope he is ok.

I can only speculate but based on what i have heard and read I'm afraid Roland may be in bad shape.
