Well, Rewired neighbors 2N (Ya not a 9N but similar), Any way..Replaced battery, Wired in the headlights and tail light, He's suppose to bring over a fuse holder. It started up and ran. Stopped and checked radiator.. NEEDED DRAINED AND CLEANED.. So did that.. So looks like we've solved the starting and draining issues.. LEft tire flat now.. ha ha ha..took it off and removed tube.. rim VERY rusty esp around the valve hole..hole on rim about 1.5" rust hole.. going to try to "weld" closed and drill hole for stim.. ya good luck with that,,RIGHT?? Hope that I can grind back alittle to find good steel
So thats where im at with this project .. pictures to come soon once I can get it out in the sunlight..
Thanks for all who have helped me with this so far.. excellent advice and tips

I fix them as Soundguy said. Weld a patch over the hole and drill the new

hole 180 degrees around the wheel. (or where ever there is good metal)

A simple washer welded on work very well. If the hole is big you just use 2 one big one smaller on top of each other. I have repaired more then one rim that I was told I could not repair but did repair just because I was told it could not be done

i've cut 4" and 6" sections out of rims and welded in patched.. or if small areas, as said.. weld in a big washer.
