Yep MN is the state that says they have 10,000 lakes but are they lakes or are they ponds as per Webster that is??? By the way MN is where I have family as in that was the state my dad was born in and I have cousins up there. AS for the lake area of Missouri yes it is and has been since around 1935 when the Lake of the Ozarks was built by the WPA projects.
