Just wanted to get a few opinions on the topic. Tore the 8 down due to low OP. No issues in the bottom end, but a bad head gasket and water in the oil. Had a leaky rear main too. Bought a felpro and picked up a can of K-W block sealer.
Don't have any cracks in the block or head, but can't hurt right? |

| | K & W Block Sealer is a very good product for sealing leaking water jackets and minor cracks. If you have no such leaks I see no reason to use it. If you do decide to use it, follow the directions PRECISELY. Dean |

Not expecting it to raise the oil pressure. But $9 to get a better seal between water and oil (they don't like to mix) is cheap insurance. |

| Supposed to recondition head gaskets, but ill be putting in a new one. Heard about it at work, guy uses it on his drag car (long way from an an N) cuz head bolts go into water jacket.
Read the can sometime, really an in depth process. |

| JCinKY I have used it many times on cracked cylinder heads and blocks. It's sodium silicate with fine ground copper added. The engine has to be flushed of all antifreeze several times or it won't work . |
