I have finished a complete restoration of my 1950 8N and am ready to fire it back up. I have consulted the manual for proper fluids and correct amounts. It is all fairly basic to me accept for the part that says the "Belt Pulley Housing" should have 1/3 quart. I am assuming this it is standard engine oil. However, I am not sure where to add it (I think I know) and how to measure it. I am sure that it is not highly critical, but I do not want ot overflow it or simply put too much in it (if that can really matter). Suggestions and comments? |
