Check out John TR's web site I believe it is Johns Antique Iron just google it It was extremely helpful when I rebuilt my steering. But a agree to jack it up first and grease the front pivot pins by the front tires

Jack the front end so that both wheels are up and free. If you still cannot turn the steering wheel, you have a problem . Check the shaft and pinion and the steering sectors. If you are lucky it is just a lack of lubrication .

Soundguy; I lubed all the zerks and filled the trans with fluid. I can turn the wheel all the way when the tractor is moving, but it is really tough. What is a fo-4 manual and where can I get one? Art
