What is the correct color of paint for a 2n? It is a '46. I have seen it with a 2 tone gray and a solid gray color. I know it shouldn't be gray and red. Which is correct?

I like it, Van Sickle" Ford Dark gray#475. Same as "Tisco dark gray" (same company). With the hardner made my 39 look good. joe

Wow, that really looks nice. Where did you get that paint? Can I ask, was it very expensive like the PPG paints? What kind of primer did you use and did you add the primer directly to the paint?

I don't rember what I paid per gallon , I think was in the $30 range plus hardner. I use 4-1-1 mix ratio ( 4 parts paint to 1 part reducer and 1 part hardner) Then thinn more IF needed. I called the 800 number and talked to A Dave, he helped me with a couple of problems. Like I said they (Van Sickle) make the paint for TISCO. I had started out with tisco and had to order it and wait... Got the paint code and was able to get van Sickle at local Farm store. Joe
