| remember, no bush hogs in 1954,, i think, orc & 5 foot, & it still is hard on mine. keep front of hog a little lower than the rear or you cut the material twice & use more HP, keep blades balanced & somewhat sharp |

| I have a five-footer behind one of my 8Ns. It's a fairly inexpensive Tractor Supply brand but is still heavy enough to almost lift the front end if I let out the clutch a bit too quickly in second gear. A six-footer might be pushing the limit. |

| she would likely tote and spin up a light duty 6' kutter, but 5 may be just plain better. I've used a borrowed 6' on mine before as well as 5' both were light / light duty king kutter.. the 6' was a tad heavy, but worked.. stick to a 5 and there will be no issues.. |
