i just bought 46 2n 40# on all 4 cylinders. said was bad rings. could all cylinders be the same? weretested dry. will not run, but will turn over good. thanks Gene

Fill the cylinders with ATF and let it sit a week or so. Be sure you put the plugs back in to keep the dirt etc out. Then after a week pull the plugs and spin it out. you will make a big mess so you may want something under the tractor when you spin it over. Then check compression it will most likely go up unless it does in fact need to be rebuilt.

yep after the saok and flush, do a dry / wet test and post back.
