Other vehicle of note powered by the 9N engine:

Ford GPW "Jeep" used alongside it's Willys and Bantam cousins in WWII.
 
Willys won the contract for new Jeeps. They couldnt build fast enuf, so Henry Ford built the first 2000 quickly, with 9n GP motors at 40 HP. They were used for training only and never saw combat. The willys motor had 60 HP and was much better.
The 41 trucks up to one ton could use the GP motor. Very unloveable.
The 9n jeeps were salvaged early, and some motors were used in Ascot Racing, running 5000 RPMS.
