2N Drawbar anti-rotation attachment

I would like to be able to move my car trailers around with my 2N. I need the draw bar to not rotate so the ball will work. Does anyone know where I can get one of these things shown in this picture for my 2N? Or is there another similar device that can be used to do this. I know the 8N has a nice device, but the 2N rear is not set up to accept it.

Walston:

Aside from the drawbar (rotation) lock, you will also need the drawbar stays also shown in the photo unless you plan to move the trailer(s) on relatively level ground only.

Without the stays, when going down hill, the overhauling load can cause the lift to raise. When this happens the ball can become disengaged from the coupler allowing the trailer to over run the tractor with potentially catastrophic results.

Tractor supply & rural king also have the stay bars.I made a contraption that works really well made from angle iron and flat steel welded into an 'A"frame to use for pulling trailers,pulling fence posts,or whatever---lha

Northern Tool also makes a couple you might want to consider. I don't have either, so I can't give you my opinion of them, but there are plenty of reviews.

Why can't the lift-arms be chained down to the axle-trumpets to accomplish the same thing?

If I understand what you are saying, the drawbar would still rotate and you can't use a ball on the drawbar.
