A mule 9n is one with out pto,3point,or hydraulic.
the 9n on full steel has not ben out of the barn since late 1950 s..

Does the one on steel have a magneto,and no starter or any electrics,could be a war time model that came without.never heard of one being called a mule,airport tugs ive seen.would still be hard togive a price without seeing them.the last 8n i bought here i gave 750 for,it runs but needs a lot of work.it that one is a wartime originally on steel it would be worth more.
