I don't even need to be typin in this topic.....

I think you are gonna have the same problem with a snowblwer on an N as you would with a tiller.

Git you a snowblower, that has a seperate (it's own) engine.

i was kinda thinking that. difference with the blower is that i could take say a 3 or 4 foot swath with it depending on if it is heavy snow or not. dad used an OLD single stage years back on a workmaster and it blew snow outta the park but of course he probably had a lower gear.

Don't buy it!
Ns are great machines.
But they do poorly at some tasks. Rototilling, baleing and snowblowing are top on that list.
If you want to move snow with an N here's how you want to gear it up.
A Front mounted snowplow. Wheel weights or loaded tires. And Good tire chains.
They will move a powerful lot of snow that way.
Forget the blower and start looking for the above mentioned items.
Seat time on an N in the snow is about as good as it gets.

Workmaster have live PTO?

2 stage clutch?

yeah i use my n for winter snow removal. i use a 3pt push blade. bought a blade that had chopped ends so i can swing it forward or backwards. works well but i finally got some tire chains(used) and this winter will be the first with them. i agree, seat time in the winter on an n is alot of fun. i go to 3 neighbors and scrape their driveways also so the tractor gets up to temp. before i shut it down. typically about and hour and a half of use.

my dad worked a mink ranch in the early 60's and 60's and my uncle had either a work or field master(don't know which one for sure) and he blew ALOT of snow and back then wisconsin gots tons of snow every winter.
