Dearborn 19-3 Snowplow

This - http://dropshare.artisandm.com/01212_2vtsBdqXEjx_0CI0sV_1200x900.jpg - is for sale near me advertised as a 19-3 snowplow. According to the seller it needs sheet metal work on the blade and has a broken spring bolt, but it otherwise complete. I'm not familiar with these, but it's a good price and I'd like a front blade for my N (my back would thank me during the winter). Does this blurry picture look complete? What should I be looking for or asking about with one of these blades?

Looks like it's also missing the front axle brackets. Need to figure out if this is worth fabbing up parts for.
