Spinning draft Link pivot Pin on a NAA

Cleaning up the rear axle on a Ford NAA that is quite rusted up from being used to spread salt on a church parking lot. While cleaning the right axle housing, I noticed a small amount of oil leaking around the draft link pivot pin on the right side. On closer inspection, the large diameter of the pin seemed to go deeper into the axle housing on the right side than the draft pin on the left side. The large diameter on the right side sticks out about 1/8 inch from the axle housing. The large diameter of the pin on the left side sticks out about 3/16 from the left housing. Also, I can spin the pin on the right side with my hand. It does not move side to side or in and out. The pin on the left side is tight.
The right pin is shinny with no rust or marks from the lift arm going up and down. The ball in the lift arm is shinny and shows no signs of wear marks. The pin on the left side is covered with rust.
Has anyone ran into a draft link pivot pin acting like this ?
If anyone has had this problem, how was it fixed ?

A the very least, there's a castle nut on the inside that needs to be tightened, Key #11.

Some guys remove the LH trumpet, then the differential can be removed, allowing both shafts to be tightened by removing only one trumpet.
