Rear seal leak

I'm selling my old 9N (with some regrets). A guy looked at it and spotted fluid oozing from one of the rear wheels. He said it meant a bad rear seal. He seemed like a decent guy and I'm inclined to
believe him. He offered $200 less than what I was thinking of coming down to. Is $200 a reasonable amount to come down on account of this? Any idea what it would cost to get it fixed?

If he has to pay to fix it he could be looking at $300 to $500,if he can do it probably $100 will cover parts depending on what damage it might have done to the brake shoes. I don't think he's out of line with his offer.

Bruce, Hubs are not a problem on 9Ns. They are riveted to the axle. IO know Hobo does not like Sure Seals, but I have put them on all mine 9/2Ns and had good results.
