My lift on my 54 naa was very week upon inspection I have found that my back pressure valve was stuck all the way open and that the tube up near the valve itself is smashed about half way closed. My guestion is if I am able to free the valve itself up so it moves open and closed like it should Is the partially smashed tube going to cause me issues and if so where can I get a replacement. They seem to be hard to find on the net?

robably not, and it might make very little difference if you cut is short. Likely only there to prevent splashing & subsequent foaming of the oil. Perhaps cut out the smashed part and slip hose over both ends with clamps. No pressure to worry about.
