I found the Sherman, it is a Step Up. Came with a bunch of other parts I bought, not sure if it is all
there or not.

The Sherman Step-Ups were first introduced for the 9N Tractor as farmers wanted a higher highway gear speed in order to get to and from the fields as fast as possible. The Step-Downs are hard to find yet to me and a few others, more desirable. There is a Service Bulletin that details how to change a Step Up to a Step Down with some basic modifications.
