putting a loader on my 8n ford. loader is mounted, but not sure how to connect the hydraulic pump to crankshaft. information is very welcome

You may have to start over. There is a pump adapter that bolts to the crank pulley with four bolts. If your pulley is not drilled for the bolts you will have to change the pulley.

AKA a Davis model 99 loader - SA lift cylinders with DA hydraulic bucket?

I would start with crankshaft pulley 192160 and splined pump hub 192161. That will give you a crankshaft PTO connection for a 3/4 x 6 splined drive shaft. From there it is a customization to match the loader and pump setup. You will need a driveshaft to match the hub and a flexible coupler of some sort to connect the driveshaft to the pump. Shaft 194354 is a likely candidate but the length may have to be customized based on the mounting location for your pump. If you can post a picture of two of how you intend to mount that loader on an 8N and the mounting location of the pump on the loader I can try to be more specific.

thanks. great help. I really did not want to take the front end of the tractor apart in order to replace the crankshaft pulley. is there another way to attach the pulley

Not that I would try. Before ordering check the tractor to make sure it still has the OEM pulley on it. Lots of them have been replaced with the aftermarket pulley used with loaders.
