Don't for get to check the gas!

I needed to get my back blade to it's summer resting place last week (ground is FINALLY solid enough to not tear up the yard). The 'ol 9N just wouldn't fire. Gas on, battery has a good charge...wouldn't go. I thought maybe i flooded it pulling the choke on a 85* day. Let it sit for a while...same thing. Then it dawned on me: Maybe there wasn't enough gas in it. Sure enough, I turned the valve a few more turns and off it went! So, long story short, keep enough gas in the tank to let the tractor work!

Thankfully, I have never done that and I really, really, really mean it.
