Help Identify Model

Here's pictures of my tractor. Apparently the model number is missing as I looked behind the starter and can't see anything. Would appreciate anyone who may have any ideas. Have been looking through this website as well as John Smith's article and others and don't know enough about tractors to determine the model.

Ford model 800,came out in late 1957 for the 1958 to 1962 models it should have a 172 cubic inch gas engine 801 known as the Powermaster tractors

Cannot see the gear shift good enought to tell how it is made, could be an 841 with 4 speeds forward or a 851 with 5 speeds or an 861 with 5 speeds and live pto. For that would need clutch pedal linkage as well.

I think you meant 801 series Den. 841 with the four speed trans.
Power steering as UD mentioned. Kidney fenders. Nice machine.

Well not used to this forum and picture didn't upload and will try again. Otherwise, I did scrape off some gunk behind the starter and couldn't find a model number. Did find these characters below the sediment bowl [b:4214f8d935]lBl0. [/b:4214f8d935]

can also read the 1,2,3,4, R (most anyway) in your picture of the 4 speed transmission

I went out and looked at it and figured that was what it was. Guess I'm not as ignorant as I thought. I moved it and it appears to be loose. It straightened up. Even though the model number has disappeared, at least I know it's an 841. Thank you all!
