I agree, just fix what needs fixin, and drive it...Too any get shiny new paint and don't look like they want to work anymore.

That's all I drove for 35 years.

This was my 1947 and me snoozing.
The last 5 digits of the serial number were:
00101. It was the hundred and first 3/4 ton Chev ever built!
