Two Tractors.

I have two tractors. One is a Ford 8N and the other is a 300RN. The 8N is going to be sold sometime in the future. The 300 has alright rear tires (12.4x28) with one rim that has some calcium chloride rot around the valve stem. The other has been repaired. The 8N has new 11.2x28 tires and new rims. Both sets of rims are the six loop type. I'm thinking about swapping the tires and rims on these two tractors, but am on the fence about this. What would you guys do?

(quoted from post at 19:35:19 04/30/18) I would swap them , but it might make the 8n worth less. Or keep both of them!! :D

I actually have three tractors, but two in my original post that I want to do the swap with. The Case 300 originally came from the factory with 11x28 tires, so the 11.2s should work out okay.

I had originally bought the 8N to run the bush/weed mower. That is until I discovered its limitations. I may give it a try when the vegetation in the field gets up high enough to cut. That field is full of mustard weed from renting it out when it had a good stand of alfalfa in it. The mustard seed was carried into the field on the renters hay equipment. Then once it got a start the renter didn't cut the hay until after the mustard had seeded out. It would be a waste of money trying to kill it out with herbicides. There's enough seed in the ground right now to keep me in mustard for the next fifty years or longer. Mowing it twice a year will at least keep from adding more mustard seed to the soil.
