8N right front wheel steering play

Have a '48 8N Ford with steering problems. The left side works well and is in sync with the steering wheel but the right side is loose. There is too much play on that side. Will adjusting the cylindrical disc on the steering box cure this problem? Any and all thoughts are welcome.

Where is the play? In the gear box or in the drag links/tie rods?

It seems to be in the steering box. Seems there is a delay in movement on the right side. The drag links seem is good order.
