The 91A-12179 Cam Washer/Retainer is missing from my 8N front mount distributor. Has anyone had any luck finding this part?

I seen brand new distributors with a cap on amazon today for $8X.00 that's haft price of what I get for a good used original if there is such a animal... Maybe not I have never seen a good front mount dist...

Den, the on-line parts catalog omits identifying the "round-section wire snap ring" next to the 91A12179 washer, it's part # is/was 91A12177.
Didn't see any sources for either, would think they were used in the distributors of Ford cars and trucks of that era, maybe some outfits specializing in those parts would have them???

Sorry for the confusion. Looks like have the wrong part number. I'm looking for the curved washer not the clip. The Ford/New Holland parts catalog Fig 11D1 shows the part but doesn't list a part number. The illustration at the link below labels it "12174" so maybe I'm looking for 91A-12174?

More clarification ... It's the rectangular, curved washer on the side of the distributor.
There's one of those washers in this parts lot for a front mount distributor on eBay. Here is a link. I hope this info helps!

Part number 12174 isn't a washer. It's the index tab for setting the timing. It's shown w/ a p/n in the MPC, but it is not listed as a separate part because it was considered a component of 59A 12182-A, screw and lock washer assembly. These guys should be able to help you w/ used parts:
