9n radius rod removal

I am in the process of removing front end stuff prior to doing a front axle pin removal. I want to remove the radius arms at the front axle
attachment point. The nut came off easily, but I can?t get the bolt to move. It seems to be really rusted in.i have tried PB blaster and tried
moving the bolt using a socket and a 3? breaker bar. Any ideas on removing these 2 bolts? Can I leave the radius rods attached to the front axle
and unbolt their other end and still do the front axle pin replacement ? I would then be dealing with 2 radius rods attached to the axle while
replacing the front axle pin.

Yes. Your radius rods should be hooked to the outer portions of
the axle which you can unbolt and separate on each side too.
That would leave your center section free without fighting them.

A torch may be your best other option. Heat, cool, repeat.
Wax or penetrating oil may help when heated as well.
