Are you Sure you want a loader?
Here's some food for thought:
A loader will make a dreadnought out of one of these little tractors.
They will wear your front end and steering out. You'll have to cut the grill to mount your hyd pump. The tractor will be long, clunky to drive and very hard to steer.
If you buy an old cheap loader chances are your hyd valve will leak, hoses will need replaced, cylinder rods will be rusted and pitted and will leak and be expensive to repair or replace.
If you need a loader at least 50% of the time then by all means get one. But if you just need it for occasional use consider what many of us do which is use a boom pole for lifting/loading stuff and a rear scoop for hauling rocks, dirt, tools, etc.
If I had only ONE tractor it would NOT have a loader on it. Loaders really su ck unless you have a lot of use for one and if I had a lot of use for one I would buy a newer tractor with power steering and dedicate it to loader work.
Leave your handy, nimble N for the tasks it was designed for - plowing, mowing, etc, etc.

You do NOT need a front pump, they are designed to use the built in pump and used a loader for cow manure for several years on a 2N. If front end in good shape not too bad to steer with load on.

Ok Leroy.
For manure it WOULD be better than a pitchfork...

My only two concerns are mowing, and scooping/back dragging. I hate life on a budget!
