Blackhawk blade

Picked up this Bkackhawk Dozer blade w/Jubilee mounts yesterday. Anyone have any info on them? It appears to have a farmerized 2 way cylinder lift. I can't make out too much of the tag.

Nice.
Looks like a decent unit.
I plumbed my blade to have 2 way/down pressure
but disconnected it soon after. Plowing over
dips and shallows made it so either my front
wheels were off the ground or the blade was an
inch or two up.
Had to constantly be messing with the lever to
adjust the height.
With one way I just drop the blade and it
follows the ground.
I didn't put the front plow on this year and
kind of regret it. A back blade just isn't as
handy as a front one.
You will really like using that plow.

That's why DA loaders and blades typically use a control valve with "float" in the fourth position - e.g. UP, NEUTRAL, DOWN, and FLOAT. All of the advanatages of both worlds.

I believe I have the sister to that blade. I used it extensively with an 8N 45 years ago when building my house. It pushed a lot of heavy clay. There was a movable yoke type lock for the top 3 pt hitch arms to hold them in place, forcing the hydraulic oil through a normal 2 way hyd valve to either lift or lower the blade. When the blade was up, the yolk could be moved free of the lift arms and then the 3 pt hitch would work normally. So it carried either a 6 ft rear blade or a dirt scoop. Most of the time, I had the bottom clevis end of the 2 way cylinder attached to a short chain and then the blade frame. This gave a float ride to the blade. It sits in my back tree line. I do not have any paper work for it.
