Delo 400

I asked on the JD site, but asking here also, as many on here have older diesel
tractors. I have used Delo 400 for years in my 1990 JD 870, but now can only find Delo
400 sde. I know it is for lower emissions, but can I use it in the older diesel
tractor? Thanks Ken

Technology is a heavy duty engine oil recommended
for naturally aspirated and turbocharged four-stroke
diesel engines and four-stroke gasoline engines in

Bi-Mart carries Delo 400 in 30WT and at a reasonable price. Unless you are dealing with cold temperatures, that viscosity should be fine.
