IH weights. Drill a couple holes in the disc.
The price should look d carry a minus for the color a a d repaint.

On the bright side, pun intended, it's mostly the sheet metal.
It can be removed, sandblasted and repainted much more easily
than trying to get the wrong color off the rest of the tractor.

I agree that the weights are Farmall. Look like the ones on a A, B, BN.

On one tractor I had, the color didn't really matter.
It had good tires and rims though!
