side-mount distributor, ordered wiring harness from Yesterday's - desperately need pics and diagram - time is of the essence as this is

Google " wiring diagrams JMOR". Find the one for a 12v sidemount w/ your type of alternator.

Make sure you have a 12 volt coil and use no resistor. (see tip # 30)

Here is the diagram that came with a conversion kit from YT with their wiring harness.

These directions show a ceramic resistor with a 12 volt round coil. None of the directions JMOR provided have that resistor. Are you recommending it?
