Good morning all. Getting my block back from the machine shop today. Had it hot tanked so everything is clean. He wanted $100
per cylinder to press the new sleeves in. Claimed he had to heat the block as well as freeze the sleeves. I'll do it my self but
that got me to wondering if anybody has experience with heating the block? Does it help any? I heat my shop with an old cook
stove so it wouldn't be hard to heat the block, just put it on top and let it sit for a time. Any and all inputs would be welcome.
Thanks
