41? 9N Cast Aluminum Dash

Has anyone had any luck repairing the dash on a 1941 9N? I have a serious crack through the dash and am trying to decide on the course of action. I am leaning towards trying to repair it due to the # of replacements have declined. Thank you in advance for any ideas or comments.

Firemedic,Find a good welding shop that does TIG welding and have it TIG welded.It could be worked down to where you couldn't tell it was cracked if you wanted to do that.

I have repaired a couple of them by taking them to a welding shop.

Mine was broke from the gauge hole to the edge where hoods fits, so no loose pieces. I grooved mine out and filled with JB Weld.It has held for 40 plus years.
If you have a serious break I would take it to to a good welder.
