Drained the gas tank and surprisingly looks pretty clean inside, what I can see shining a light in there (tank is only about 5 years old). Getting ready to reinstall the sediment bowl in the tank. Do I need any kind of sealant on the threads where it goes in the tank? If so, any recommendations for brand and type? I have a new gasket and filter screen to install with it. Thanks

Do you use it at all your gas joints? IE: such as elbow screen where it goes in the carb? or the gas line where it connects to the sediment bowl and the carb? Thanks
