Yes I need some input on why my hydraulic lift goes up fine, but it want come down. Can anyone tell me what wrong with my lift. Thanks

hile there are other possibilities, the big/number one reason is a stuck exhaust control valve in bottom left side of pump. Needs good cleaning.

f up and locked (never comes down) there have been cases of the arm on the rock shaft broken & wedged against other parts (mechanically locked up vs hydraulically locked up). If eventually leaks down, that is ruled out. Any of the passages between cylinder & exhaust control valve could be clogged with trash, preventing the dumping of ram cylinder fluid..
