Jubilee radiator hose deformed

Last time I used my Jubilee was about a month ago, brushing a field for an hour or so. Last week I started it up and pulled it out of the barn to get something that was behind it and moved it right back into the barn. Tractor ran fine both times. Today as I was walking beside it, I happened to notice the bottom radiator hose looked to be flattened. I loosened the radiator cap and heard a rushing sound as air entered the radiator and the hose returned to its normal shape. Never noticed this happening before in all the years I've owned it and was wondering if a bad cap, or thermostat could cause this............. or something else? Thanks in advance for any insight and suggestions.

System pulled a partial vacuum when the coolant cooled. This caused the lower radiator hose to partially collapse. Normal.

If your hose is old and soft, such is more likely to be visible.

If it bothers you, replace the lower hose.
