Rear wheel weights on a 48 8N

I want to put the weights pictured on my 8N. I know I can put them on the outside of the rim but I am wondering I'd if could put them on the inside of the rim?

Photos of weights and my current wheel/rim setup, inside and outside.

Also, can someone tell what length bolts I will need to mount the weights?

I'm sorry if the photos are not oreintated correctly. The appear correct on my iPad. If they are not correct could someone change them please?

I have mounted similar weights on the inside on my 671. I don't remember bolt length offhand.

I think I will go ahead and mount the weights on the outside of the wheel. Looks to me the bolts should be 5/8" X 8". Can anyone verify that? I will probably have to order bolts and hope to get the correct ones first time. LOL
