I Googled that name and a bunch of them came up, all rated at 16 pounds. You do know that you are supposed to use a 4 pound cap on the "N", right?

I get that it is a 4 psi system.
I get that it is a 16 psi cap.
I get that my original 4 psi cap does not stay tight while driving... it loosens up a LOT!!!!
I get that this cap stays on and "fits the neck"

And like anything new machine I buy with an engine and 4 wheels, I have a learning curve... that's exactly why I am here on this forum.

I'm retired from the military and have held civilian jobs that include being an engineer for Lockheed Martin as well as an RF broadcast engineer for a 5 FM, 3AM radio station company. I know what I'm doing electrically and mechanically, I just haven't memorized the entire encyclopedia worth of Ford N tractor knowledge in the first week I've owned one.
Now please, if you want to insult, just don't look at any thread I start. If you don't like it or think I'm n idiot that "doesn't get it" then don't reply.
BTW, constructive input would be "[color=red:12bc7d39d5][b:12bc7d39d5]hey there is this company that makes a replacement radiator that is capable of 16 psi[/b:12bc7d39d5][/color:12bc7d39d5]". Or "while this cap is 16 psi, here is a link to another that has a huge that is 4 psi".

Hell! So if it's on it's last legs why wouldn't I want to upgrade, and while upgrading, why not upgrade t a 16 psi capable radiator? Same reasoning people use for 6v to 12v electrical conversions...

I've got news for you, your whole tractor is straight out of 1942. My 8N is straight out of 1950. For a tractor that is 67 years old, it is still functioning quite nicely with the 67 year old radiator and all it's 67 year old parts. It would seem that Henry Ford built a tractor that was meant to last.
It's your tractor and your welcome to do as you please with it. But, why not just buy a modern tractor and you won't have those old parts to worry about?
You seem to think a whole lot of yourself giving us your whole life story but this is a tractor forum. If you don't like the advice don't bother to come here. There are some old timers here who are quite outspoken and to the point so I don't think you'll like them either but if you come here for knowledge about tractors, just try to learn and don't be so confrontational.

Now I've been through the wringer as far as radiators go. I have a big Block 71 dodge sweptline truck that the original radiator Wrnt out on. I researched and found a champion radiator that wasn't the correct application (nobody makes an original for my truck anymore)but I was able to fab mounts and fit it and it cools Great. I was able to do this mostly because dodge sweptline guys who had been through this before me had given advice which I found online. What they didn't give was attitude like you are displaying.
I have ran this cap on my 2N for exactly one hour. I said that in a previous post. I have not ran it since. It ran flawlessly and did not explode what appears to be the factory original radiator. I did not die, the sky did not fall, headgasket didn't blow, and even the hoses survived.
So why should I be vilified and treated like scum of the earth because I tried to simply swap a radiator cap out on a tractor I've owned for only a week, because the original cap was so worn out that it turns and loosens up while driving? Using the old cap in my situation is like using no cap at all.
Now riddle me this expert, how much did you know your first week around Ford N tractors? Probably not much.
