8N Air Intake Grille

My 8N has been missing the air intake grille. I got a replacement grille and a replacement funnel. They both have a hold center
bottom where a fastner of some kind is supposed to go to hold the grille on the funnel. Can somone please shed some light on what
I am missing?
 
I believe that it is a t bolt so that you can remove it easily. By the wa there should be a screen between the grill and funnel.
 

Google "8n9661" the one I have comes with the thumb screw...

The hardware kit air cleaner funnel to hood screw's and clips # is 32940-kit

Good information, got some ordered, I was in the process of getting them on both of mine.

The Kit is one of those nice items to have on hand in case you needed a few are all of'em... Every one I have removed needed clips and screws....

They are a dennis carpenter item tho I did not see them listed on his web site..

will let you know when I get what I ordered and I look at the machines, Mine both had the dust collectors on them and I took them off. they only had the 4 fasteners.
 

The screw is more a stud with a shoulder in the middle the shoulder looks like a small flat washer. My take is install the stud in the U shaped slot on the hood and nail a nut on the back side of it Then it will stay put. Then use the wing nut to hold the cover in place.
