8N rear axle end play

I am finishing up my 1950 8n. Been since Christmas when I assembled rear axle. So I don't remember exactly. But both hubs and rear axles are new on both sides, as well as rear axle bearings. I just don't remember how many shims I put in. I know I made a bunch of paper ones. I thought I had preload just right, which is feeling zero endplay and having just adding enough to make axles roll in different directions. Now that I have the wheels on it and its sitting on the ground it sure seems like there is too much end play now. Jacked it up and put on jack stands and it goes away. What you think? take it apart and re- visit the number of shims or do you guys feel a little endplay when its sitting on ground? I guess time is cheap

He He next thang you know you fudge with it till its too tight then fight it to get back to were you started BTDT...

I noticed on my 48, 8N, that if I grab the rear wheel and rock it side ways I can feel a little play. Like the others have said run it.
