I have a marvel schrebler 241b carb needs rebuild is there any value in this or is it scrap thanks you guys

One of the best carbs out there if the castings are still good.
I rebuild them if you're interested in hiring it done.

was thinking about selling carb I put an aftermarket on needed to get tractor going quick may rebuild and keep was wondering if it had any value as is castings are very good

Which aftermarket did you buy?
If you bought one of the black beauties that look like a M/S I
would get that original rebuilt as quickly as you can.
If you got one of [b:cf75643ad2]these[/b:cf75643ad2] you'll be Ok for a while. They work good.
If you bought a Zenith replacement, you are good to go until it needs rebuilt.
I don't really need another one, but I'd give you something for the old one.

Properly rebuilt it is worth more than any aftermarket carb out there. If it were mine, I would rebuild it and keep it as a spare.
