new carb - flooding

I have a 8N with a new carb. Engine starts and run really smooth but all of a sudeen it's flooding after about 10 - 15 min. of running. It's definily flooded since I'm seeing gas coming out of the air intake pipe. If I let it sit for 10min. or so it starts up again no problem. Is that a bad float?

Doesn't seem likely to me.
Once a float fills with gas, it sinks and stays there.
In 10 minutes it wouldn't just empty itself, as more gas would be coming in.
What kind of new carb do you have?
What were the symptoms with the old carb?

Dhammel,It could be the float is hanging up on the float bowl or that it does not have the float level adjusted correctly.Or even fuel leaking past the needle or around the seat.

I had the same problem but mine would only run for a minute before the flooding started. After a lot if work when I changed the points and condenser it started up and run fine. I installed a new carb because the other one was flooding and the new one done the same. The new points and condenser were pretty cheap. I took an old plug and opened it a quarter inch and it would not fire.

Could have a couple of problems.
Faulty coil/resistor wiring can cause coil overheating and loss of spark after about 10 minutes. Then cool down allows spark again.
The fact that engine dies and the shutoff valve is still open with a stuck float, the gas will surely continue to flow in.
Hope you find the problem.
