Hydraulics won't work

My Hydraulics on 9n were leaking off, and yesterday I was plowing for about 30 minutes and then they quit working altogether
It wouldn't even lift the plow. I tried it again this morning without plow, and arms wouldn't move. I changed the oil
A few weeks ago and looked milky. Where should I start ? Rebuild the pump?

Start by checking the operation of the 3pt control linkage and valve in the pump.

Mke sure control fork is connected to the valve.
