wheel weights for sale

I have one of those weights laying out back. if someone is missing one from their set they can have it. pick up only I ain't shipping it.
 
Were these Ford or aftermarket? I have a set I bought at an auction, they are about 300 lbs for the full set but have no markings on them.
 
I have often wondered what was supposed to mount them too, they slip over the loops of the rim and against the center disk but are about a 1/4 " shorter than the loops, so I tack welded a spacer to each washer and it held them fine.
