Thanks guys,

In general any good quality Universal Tractor Transmission fluid will work fine in the tractor and the loader.

It's a 19-22 with separate pump and in frame oil. I
found the manual on line but it doesn't say anything
about oil. I've checked the archives and there are a
lot of opinions, theories and just plain wild guesses.

Since it is isolated from the tractor you can use plain old cheap hydraulic. When it gets contaminated with water from condensation it won't hurt so much to dump it.

This is not rocket science and it's not difficult. It's a simple loader pump and will work just fine on any good mobile hydraulic oil. If you want a true hydraulic oil rather than the universal type tractor oil I suggested earlier use this. Grade AW-32 is suitable for use when temps are above freezing. If you are going to use it in much colder weather you might want to consider grade AW-22. If you choose to go with an oil of this type for the loader DO NOT use it in the tractor.
