I spent the morning laying out the broccoli rows and putting down the drip tape. I'm ready to lay plastic as soon as the wind dies down. Planted a row of snap peas and a row of spring onions. 74* now, near 80* tomorrow.

Weatherman is saying we're in for up to a foot of snow tonight and tomorrow morning.
I have some seeds for iceberg lettuce and snow peas. I should get them sprinkled on the lawn this afternoon.

Nice to see, Bruce! The way things are going, we might be planting soon, too ;-) Been crazy warm here. Today is the first day in over a week that it hasn't been in the high 50s. Warm weather has allowed me and Thomas to get a jump on early spring-work, however. I've been hesitant to tap the sugar maples, though the sap has been running.

I really like donuts. Planted an entire row of Cherrios and didn't get a single donut.

I'm still looking for bacon seed......

About 25 miles south of Philadelphia, in the little ole state of Delaware. Gotta be 75 today. My garden is only 40x40. How big is yours, nice big wide rows, reminds me of my Grandfathers.

I probably cultivate about 2 acres. That's the early garden in the pic. Main season garden is about the same size. Late garden is smaller. We sell produce at the local Farmers Market, May to September. Was in Lewes for the Christmas parade a couple of years ago. Nice little town.

Bruce, it is still Feb !
Seen the worst snow in March where we are
I seen it snow here in early April too.

Peas should germinate w/ no problem in this heat. Once they're up, snow isn't a problem. I'll wait at least a week, maybe 2, for the broccoli. And that gets a row cover anyway.

Bruce, did you purchase your hiller/bedder or build it yourself? Any close up photos? Thanks.
Been in the 70's around here for a week or so. Back in the 40's this weekend with rain next week. Ground is too wet to work right now.

I got everything but across the street plowed up a few weeks ago. The sun rise is just not quite right for me to plant anything yet even tho its warm like you are. Carpenter bee's and wash showed up today
