A member here "Geo,th-IN" has one of those and brags it up a lot.
I do believe they are a very capable, handy little units for their size.
I don't know their value though so cant comment on the price of this one.

Go for it-I bet he'd let u pay him more if you feel you would be taking advantage at his asking price..

(quoted from post at 06:17:33 02/19/17) seriously ???????

Over priced by about 2X unless you believe it to be a collectible. That much money will get you a late model that's considerably bigger and more capable. This 2004 is on a lot in Littlestown right now @ $12,900.

i know nothing about pricing on something like this, but it has gotten to the point with cragslist or ebay that when i see the seller say what they're selling is [b:eea68195ae]RARE[/b:eea68195ae], i make like brave Sir Robin and run away.

Terra Mites are good little machines but that one is waaaaay overpriced. I can always tell when someone lists something as "rare" they always want 3 times what its worth. Heck I m pretty rare and sometimes the wife wouldn't give 2 cents for me!

Old Gravely walk behind tractors - now sought after "collectibles" ;-) I grew up in Dunbar WV, home town to Ben Gravely and the Gravely tractor plant up until it closed about 1967 (my sophomore year at Dunbar High). As a teenager there were Gravely's sitting in garages/carports and under tarps all over town and probably still a bunch if you take the time to walk around.....

Yes sir, I agree--what has to be realized from the beginning is that you will always have more in one(my 2N for example) than you will ever get out of it..Last count I had $4000 in it and it is by no means a show piece and nothing serious has had to be done to the engine..But has sat for the last 3-4 months uncranked and I walked by it yesterday-hit the starter and it cranked and ran like a new Kubota(sure wish I had a 50 hp Kubota).......
