I gave the new MF202 Workbull a good workout the other day moving dirt with the box blade on it. I had to re route a water run off channel where I wanted it to go.
Anyway, I found that the foot throttle in conjunction with the box blade made the job a lot easier. I could just keep my hand on the lift lever and my other hand on the steering wheel spinner. Yeah since getting that MF with the power steering on it, I put a spinner on it which also makes it easier to work with.
Anyway, I'd heard of foot throttle kits for the 8N but never really thought about doing it. I wish I'd have known how much easier a foot throttle makes things on a tractor. If I had known, I would have tried to find one of those kits.
I won't be putting one on the 8N now because it will be my dedicated mowing tractor and doesn't really need a foot throttle for that. If you can find one of those foot throttle kits for your 8N I would strongly recommend it.
