Howard Reduction Gear

Have cornered a Howard, but it is totally dismantled. I dont know if all is
present and accounted for. Anyone have photos of a complete Howard in pieces so I can
compare and see if this one is complete. I have no use for a expensive boat anchor if this gear
is missing parts.
 
Here's what one looks like all together. I don't have one that is a part right now. If you post or sent some photos of the trans you are looking at I might be able to figure it out. TOH might have some photos of one broke down.

I have the Owners Manual (PDF) which includes a parts diagram. I'll email you a copy if you like- 7.5 MB
 
You dont have one tore apart,,,,,,,,,,,you are saying you have more then one, that sounds like a 401K to me. So any idea on what a fair price would be he hints toward 2K?

there was one listed for a long here in Oregon that he wanted 950 for. don't know if it sold or not but it was listed for some time.
 
I have had several. Use to Sell them almost as fast as I can pull them but things have slowed up. Don't seem to be such a demand like there used to.
For 2K it better have a tractor attach to it. I get $800/$1100 depending on the condition.
Seen one this morning in a tractor and the tractor wasn't all that much on CL.
Still have the one in my 2n and still use it from time to time.
