What do you all use to prep the inside of a tractor rim after it has been repaired?

I use a self etching primer in a rattle can, then some ratt2le can I had left from something else and coat it really good

just a light coat of primer is all i do. you dont need paint in there and if the paint is not cured the tube will stick to it and then be fun
for the next time.
